The picture shows Anjum attending the funeral prayers of two martyred officers of the Punjab Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), Director Naveed Sadiq Sial and Inspector Nasir Abbas.

The CTD officers were shot dead by one or multiple unidentified suspects in the parking space of a hotel near Pirowal, Khanewal district, on 3 January 2023.

In an article, Dawn.com featured a tweet by journalist Kamran Yousaf, who shared the same photo. The report states that Anjum, along with other civil and military officials, attended the funeral prayer of Sadiq in Lahore.
